Behind the SS26 Campaign:
From Concept to Final Frame
For many people, a campaign begins when the camera starts rolling.
In reality, it begins much earlier.
Every campaign starts with a vision
Before selecting locations, models or outfits, we focused on one question:

What should this campaign feel like?

Not what should it look like?

The SS26 collection needed to reflect the essence of LeahCation while introducing a fresh seasonal direction. The goal was to create imagery that felt elevated, modern and naturally aligned with the brand.

This vision became the foundation for every decision that followed.
For the LeahCation SS26 campaign, the final images were only the visible part of a much larger process. What made the campaign successful wasn't simply the shoot itself, but everything that happened before it.

Because production is never just production.

It's the process of turning an idea into a visual world.
A location is never just a backdrop.

It becomes part of the story.

For the SS26 campaign, we carefully selected a setting that complemented
both the collection and the visual direction.

The environment needed to support the mood, the lighting and the
overall narrative.

In luxury marketing, context matters.

The right location doesn't compete with the product.

It enhances it.

Building the creative direction
Finding the right location
Once the concept was defined, we developed a complete moodboard and visual direction.

The purpose wasn't simply to gather inspiration.

It was to create a clear framework that would guide the entire production process.

From color palettes and references to poses, styling and atmosphere, every element was considered before the shoot day.

When a campaign is properly prepared, the execution becomes significantly stronger.
What brands often see is the final gallery.

What they don't always see is the strategy, planning and coordination behind it.

Full production is about much more than taking beautiful photos. It's about creating
a complete visual experience that reflects a brand's identity and positioning.

For LeahCation, the SS26 campaign wasn't simply a photoshoot.
It was the translation of a vision into a visual language.

Managing the shoot
More than content
A successful campaign relies on collaboration.

For this project, we assembled the full production team, including models,
photographer, hair and makeup artists, assistants and creative support.

Every person involved played a role in bringing the concept to life.

The objective was simple:

Create a seamless production environment where every detail was
managed professionally and every creative decision served the brand.
Assembling the production team
Today, content is everywhere.

What separates strong brands from the rest is not the amount of content they
create, but the quality of the experience they build around it.

Production brings together strategy, creativity and execution.
And when all three work together, the result is more than imagery.
It becomes perception.

At SMM Monaco, this is how we approach every campaign.

From the first idea to the final frame.
Why production matters
On production day, preparation becomes execution.

Because the creative direction had already been defined, the team could focus entirely on creating.

From styling adjustments and model direction to shot selection and overall coordination, every stage of the process was carefully managed.

The result wasn't just a collection of photographs.

It was a cohesive visual campaign.
